"Past experiences lead to future expectations."
As Jayden's father, he and I would discuss all issues related to pediatric cancer. We kept a journal of all experiences, both good and bad. He had a vision to make a difference and change the landscape for pediatric cancer for the better. Children deserve so much better, and enough was enough. That "Enough is Enough" was the catch phrase we came up with, and we hope to use it everywhere we can.
Prior to his passing, I made a promise to him, father to son, that I would never stop fighting and that we, as a family, would do everything we could to carry out his wishes. He knew if I promised him that I would never stop fighting. He made me do exactly that.
It is now my life goal to carry out that promise so no other children, parents, or families have to go through this terrible disease.
